Only the exact number of guests specified in the reservation will be allowed in the apartment.

A safe deposit will be required upon arrival and will be given back at the end of the stay after making sure no damage has been made to the apartment the day of check out.

The 25 % deposit is non-refundable.
If the client cancels after having a firm reservation, the following penalties would be applied:
More than 90 days before check in: 20% of the total amount.
50 – 89 days before check in: 35% of the total amount.
20 – 49 days before check in: 60% of the total amount.
Less than 20 days before check in: 100% of the total amount.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

The apartment will be ready from 3:00 p.m. If you are planning on arriving later than that time, please call the owner to inform about the actual arrival time. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. have a surcharge of 40 €.

Two days before the arrival at the latest, the client will inform the owner about the approximate time of arrival.

When you are about half an hour from the apartment, please call the owner so that either her or a member of the staff goes to the apartment with the keys.

As soon as you arrive in the apartment and after paying in cash the rest of the price and the safe deposit, you will be given the keys, you will be shown the apartment and explained how to use the appliances and you will be provided with information on the area and the city.

Check out is before 11:00 a.m.

When leaving, clients are obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

If the apartment is left in good condition, the safe deposit will be given back in cash.

Clients renting the apartment should behave correctly in the apartment . Loud music and parties are strictly forbidden and may be subject to loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Quiet time is every day from 10:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

The owner will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages due to the use of the apartment by the client, including damages, insurance, losses because of fire or flood, robbery or criminal behaviour.

If the client misuses or creates problems related to the above specified, the owner at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment and client will have no right to ask for any type of compensation.
