1. How can I book an apartment?

First of all, send us an email to enjoyspain@gmail.com indicating the name of the apartment you wish to book, the dates of your stay and the number of people that would stay in the apartment. You will then receive and email confirming if the apartment is available and total price for the desired stay.

2. How is payment made?

In order for the reservation to be firm, you first have to pay the 25% of the total price by bank transfer. The rest is paid in cash at check in together with a safe deposit that will be given back at check out if the apartment is left in good condition.

3. What methods of payment are accepted?

Bank transfer for the first payment and cash for the second payment. Neither cheques nor credit cards are accepted.

4. What are the times to arrive and leave the apartment?

Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is no later than 11:00 a.m.

5. Can I arrive at night?

Check in after 9:00 p.m. has a surcharge or 40 €.

6. How is check in organised?

Two days prior to your arrival you would have to inform the owner of the approximate time of arrival. The day of the arrival you would have to call the owner around half an hour before you arrive at the apartment so that either her of a person from the office would be waiting for you at the apartment.

7. How are keys picked up?

The owner or staff of EMYRENT will give you the apartment keys upon arrival and will explain the general functioning of the apartment. You will also be provided with the necessary information regarding the area and the city.

8. Who can I call if I have a doubt or have an emergency?

Once you have made the reservation, you will be given the contact phone numbers as well as the emergency phone number available during your stay.

9. Can I drink water from the tap?

Of course, all apartments are located in areas where tap water is drinkable.

10. Can I cancel a reservation?

If you cancel a confirmed reservation you will be penalised depending on the time of the cancellation (please see “terms and conditions).

11. Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed in all apartments.
